i have learned that it's okay to talk about it

I have come to know how calm we have to talk to others

I have learned that being healthy is not the same thing as being skinnyand if you are healthy, you don't need to be skinny.

I have learned its ok to mourn even when actions were intentional on my part. Talking about it eases your mind and begins healing. now i need to have a closure ceremony where i need to be brutally honest and leave this burden there, because carrying it and punishing myself will not make it better or change it

let go of the anger

Iv learned that lifes like a roller coaster it goes up and down , Kind of like how theres usually sun after the rain.

Because life is soun predictable and yet so unstable iv learnt not to take an emotion to seriously , Things will get better because lifescrazy like that.
