I'm coming back to seven cups after awhile beefing away. I've been taking better care of myself since I've been away. I now see how helpful these exercises can be and that I'm capable of doing them and that I accept the fact I need to do these

That I can sometimes be wrong and it's OK. I can accept that I don't always have to be right.

Hi. I've reached 218 cups. WOW!

My main concern now is ruminating.

I am going to work on this problem each day.

If you know of any skills I can learn to help me, let me know.

Best to all.......

Respect myself and my feelings, set boundaries, do things that make me happy and continue to grow from every experience.

I learned anxiety is our minds projecting scenarios based on future events and therefore do not represent the now. These thoughts are not 100% factual and therefore are not true. Acknowledging these thoughts and then dissecting what triggered them by understanding which facts are 100% certain is a key to my growth. It is also a key step in overcoming my busy mind and anxiety.

I felt positive momentum for quite some time but then had a mental setback yesterday. Out of the blue and all if the sudden all of this anxiety , tension and negativity returned. I am struggling to find the right tools to put all at bay. I feel a distinct sense of fear and being trapped. I also feel that I am letting friends, family and those i care for and who care for me, I fear I am letting them down. I just sense discouragement and a sense that I will never find contentment. It is a scary place to be when we feel like you have no possible way of finding satisfaction with self. Even worse when the fear grips you across your body and tries to grind you down until you surrender. Just finding my breath right now is a challenge as my mind races in every direction, unsure how to cope with the feelings. I need to release my anxiety and my fear but I seem to have completely lost my ability.
