I still hate myself. I want to talk to a therapist but I'm afraid I won't remember to ubsubscribe after the free trial
Admitting to a wrong thing g you did is dreadful but rids some of the stress for sure .Maybe not right away but e eventually things will come together. Think positive.
I probably should have posted this long ago, but I learned (and I am still trying to get my head around it) that a perfect moment isn't about experiencing euphoria 24/7. It's about feeling a whole range of emotions- both good and bad- and still getting a good experience out of it.
Step 190!
I'm still alive. That's a good thing.
I learned this week to start using my agenda to plan out my schedule. I have also started using a notepad to note down my tasks for the day, in an attempt to better organize myself.
I am looking forward to my two appointments this week, one with my psychologist, to deal with my depression, anxiety and heartbreak, and one with my educational psychologist, to learn how to better manage my time, projects and to be more proefficient in the workplace.
Step 140, took a hiatus from 7cups for several months. I learned a lot about how I handle suicides around me. Also how much I really lack in the self-care department and how much I struggle to keep myself mentally okay.
Take small steps every day - they add up over timem
Still at my 80 step but I think i'm proud of it and I'm happy I installed this app it's really helpful and it's making me turn into the better version of me
@Anxiouscarefree
Helping me too. I'm at 268 and I am aiming for 365 days straight of these "loving 7 cups". Then, another 365 days straight. Let's keep going!
Best.......
I've learned how important it is to have a healthy sleep schedule!
I have learned that my depression could be much worse and in the state in which it is now it shoudn't be so big problem to fight against it (at least I'm trying to convince myself about it. Well...I can't possibly imagine myself to be really okay but I just want to hope that things can get better. But "want to hope" and "believe" are two different things.).
@Neakinia
Emphasizing the positive side of a situation...great lesson to have learned! Congrats!!
I learned not to hang out and listen to negative people because they bring me down.
