I read the seven cups e book.
Today, a year ago, I tried to kill myself. And I'm so proud of myself that I stayed strong till today. Today I'm thinking that there is so much positive energy in my life. I have awesome, interested but friendly teachers who support everyone, I have a beautiful, energetic three year old sister with the cutest laugh ever, and the best of all, today I'm about 8 weeks in a relationship with my soulmate. I'm so thankful that I've meet him. I love him more than the world. But most thankful I'm for all the experiences and changes I got through since last year. I moved to another city, found friends, got acceptable school grades. I'm organizing a lot in school, I'm doing extracurricular activities like psychology class or being the second head of our student magazine (which is btw weird like me). I found out what I can do and the knowledge that I'm HSP helped me a lot to understand myself. I continued writing poems and short stories, what I'm doing since four years. So, in conclusion I can say: never give up. Life is so full of surprises and things you'd never expect, so full of interesting and awesome experiences. May you have a very bad time, but someday it will change. I'm still going through panic attacks and my depression symptoms, but I learned how to deal with it - so the most important lesson in this year was for me: fight always!
@laydedie that's absolutely amazing you must be so proud of yourself. Don't ever forget how strong you are! very inspiring reading that xx
@Case3952 thankyou so much! Well, I keep remembering what I'm proud about. Sometimes it was and is really hard to do this so I start being creative and write some poems or draw a picture - it's very helpful to express yourself. But talking to the ones you love is helpful as well, especially in the darkest times when you start falling apart. And this community is something special too :) so thanks! xx
50 cups and 5 days into It. I'm surprised I've kept going (even for this short amount of time!) but something keeps bringing me back. I find I am thinking about myself more and really listening to what my body and mind needs. Can't wait to learn more! ❤️
I am in control of my life and my happiness.
I've kept going - not fast, but not slow either.
this is really helpful (:
Step 150!
Hard work and determination really do pay off.
@angrybadger staying motivated to get there and then you look back and realise oh my God I did it. Accomplishment is one of the best feelings in the world. Sometimes its a good tool to get through heartache too.
Lol
@GlenM I learnt that startups are hard
