I've reached Step 66 on my growth path here.
I guess something I have learned that in some ways needing others because of my difficult times can be good for me in a way, or else I would just isolate and avoid people. My problems force me to engage with others, and it has also meant I have a lot of empathy for others in similar situations, so it means I want to reach out more to them as well. Even just talking to people really does help both them and me, even though my instinct due to PTSD is to avoid contact.

I had an epiphany about what was happening in my mind as I had reoccuring invasive thoughts. If I think of it more like a thought wearing a mask of a person or a situation instead of that real person or real situation I feel a lot more powerful about just removing it's mask and seeing the thought for what it is...a thought.
@CoinFountain
Finding a solution to invasive thoughts occurring in your mind, and learning how to better deal with this challenge - incredible step to have taken! Congrats!
