I recently came off 7 cups for a while, mostly out of my own apathy. The resultant imbalance made me sure that 7 cups was helping me in more ways than I realized. It's certainly helped me become more reflective! Thanks, 7 cups!

Step 79

Day #9

My God I can keep commitments to myself in getting better! I have answers to my questions and people to talk to about it. I have excersizes and good recommendations. I have a therapist and a loving family and a hopefull future without anxiety being a part of it! I could cry guys. I am healing. I am becoming a whole me again! It's unbelieveable! I can celebrate, finally. I have something to be proud of now. I had almost lost hope.

It hasn't even been 2 weeks, guys! I'll be here every day until anxiety no longer has control of my life.

Can't stop won't stop! Loving my recovery! Loving the place that is set here for me.

Well I'm still here. Come back for more. I wonder why sometimes... Well alot. The sad thing is knowing you won't be missed if you slip away as in real life
