Today I learned that I'm braver than I think I am and I need to enjoy the time I have now in the present and to not worry so much about the past or future.
Today may have been a bit stressful, but I did my best and accomplished more than I thought I would. I am trying to look at the positives of the day instead of the stressors.

Today i've felt at peace with myself and for once I'm not being such a pessimist.
Some days are just easier than others.

Tw: self harmed It's been over a year since I last cut myself but I found a thing of razor blades the other day and I can't stop thinking about it.
First of all let me say that you are a very strong person to have made and maintained this positive change in your life, I aspire to have your strength one day. Second of all, I think all strong people have moments of weakness so it is ok, we try to understand ourselves, we dust ourselves up, and we continue the fight.
