Good morning 7 Cuppers!
It's Sunday and my current cup number is 758.
April 14th will be my 4th month and in 10 days, I will complete the 90 day stride.
I think the one thing that this 7 cups community has taught me is taking one day at a time--one cup at a time.
I think that is all that life is meant to be anyway--one day at a time. Got myself a simple schedule and I follow it most days. So I think have a good routine that includes my meditation, 7 cups, exercise, good nutrition, some work, clearning, washing clothes, cooking, keeping the car clean, talking with friends now and then (none that keep up mess), movies on Friday night, special dinner for myself and a friend once or twice a month, church, groceries once a week, hair and beauty appointments, family time, and some tv.
Who has time for anything else? :
Hope you're doing better. I sure am......
Best to You All!

I've learned that is takes a lot of persistence to change the way I think, but that it IS possible!
I've learned to not let other rule my life
Hi! This is step 660 for me! I have learned a lot.
#1 Change is hard!!!
#2 Change feels harder when I have no control over whether something changes or not (ex. a close friend from work is fired).
#3 Change can be easier if I talk and/or write about it.
#4 Trust is really hard for me. Trust does not come quickly or easily. People who have earned my trust are very valuable to me.
#5 I am thankful for 7cups.

I'm learning that it's okay to not try and control everything in my life. It's okay that I've made mistakes. It's okay to just take things one day at a time and live in the present. It's okay to not worry.
Acceptance and letting of the past is not easy.
