Being strong is hard. But just like anything uve every wanted, if u ficus ur attention on it, u be successfully at it.
@BeatrixKiddo40 You're absolutely right. It does get hard sometimes, but I think you can do it! Keep up the great work! :D
Thanks!!😊🖖 @EnigmaForte
Don't fix the world. Don't fix yourself. Just find one small thing that you can change today. Got out of bed? Great. Remembered to clean all the dishes last night? Great.
And it's not the fact that you do these things, and continue to improve, that's great. It's the result. You're improving your life. You. Can. Make. Your. Life. Better. You don't have to wait for anything; you can do it right now.

I don't think I could have said it better. <3 That was an amazing post. And very true. <3

I have learned not to be as hard on myself. To accept my actions and continue on.
I've made it to step 130 on my Growth Path. I've learned that self-esteem meditations can be helpful sometimes.
@Zeraphim
I am so happy you learned more about meditation! <3 and that is amazing progress on your growth path! Keep it up <3
I've learned that my anxiety isn't just as cleancut as I thought it was; I worry. I learned that I tend to look towards the furture and I need to live in the now and stop worrying about the "what if"s and "what may be"
step 1400: Always someone to talk to on here. 24/7, 365.
@stacy46

I need to learn exactly what I am feeling at the time and how to address it.
I have learned how to practice mindfulness. I can be in the moment when I'm taking my dog for a walk instead of letting worries twirl around in my head
It is okay to cry.
