I've learned that I can change only myself. Exercise really does help stabilize energy levels and mood. I have a long way to go to reach my goals, but I am on my way to a healthier emotional and physical me!

That's right! And we'll be here to support you every step of the way -- as a community. Keep up the great work! You can do it! :D
It is more so what i think of myself, that has the lasting impression on the way i feel and the things i do.
I'm learning that sometimes bad days happen, but that doesn't mean that I'm slipping back into old habits-it's just a bad day.
Wow! 200! I am proud of myself that have kept going. This practice is so important. When I feel alone or that no one understands, I use the app and am reminded that I am not alone in this. This path is the right one, all I need to do is keep going.

My milestone is that I've learned to take better care of my body and appreciate myself.

I have learned that I can't control others but I can control myself.
I learned that I shouldn't worry so much
I've been learning to be more thankful for the little things, to stop and appreciate beautiful moments more often, such as looking at a starry sky, watching the fireflies, gazing at mountains, and looking at birds
@neatBalloon7178
That's amazing to hear! Keep the great work up! :D
I've learned to take a step back from aspects of my life that I can't control (situations involving other people, for example) and instead focus on the things I should have control of (relating to myself) in order to live peacefully.
To stop blaming myself for everything. @GlenM
