I have learned that life will knock you down and you just need to get up and keep fighting.

I'm learning to be confident, no matter the situation I'm in. There isn't a point in worrying about the future, since it cannot be controlled. It is more beneficial when I'm confident and think postively, opposed to when I'm worrying and overthinking unlikely scenarios.

I've learned it's much better to feel all the feelings and then be freed of them than it is to push them away every time they surface because it'll just keep happening again and again

220 steps. Keep going when it seems hard. Even when you don't think anything is working, trying isn't giving up.

Had a discussion about starting therapy to fix my marriage, did not argue and remained calm and confident 🙂

I've learned to be more mindful and slow my thinking so I can also recognize the good happening in my life.

50 steps. This is a good start. Something I have learned along my way is that self care can start in very small ways and grow. Drinking water, going on a walk, or reading a book out back in the sun.
