I've learned that becoming more mentally healthy is like forming any good habit.

That if you want to move forward that you need to let the past be the past. Don't look Just straight into the future, because you will never know if there is something else on the left or the right side of your path, so i have learned very much about Life, it's a mystery but at some point there is a Moment where you understand something important and you will know What you do, it's your choice and you can Change something, Nobody else. Cause it's your Life not others. But also sometimes you have times in which you are down but that's okay, you can't always be happy.

On step 110, Ive learned to be kind to myself. And that i cant always do everything to make others happy and put me last, my health will suffer. I have been through alot, but NOWHERE nearly as much as others, and I am strong and can overcome this!

I learnt to count from 5-4-3-2-1 and take action instead of procrastinating, or snap out of a negatively spiralling thought.

I also learnt that the body's feeling of anxiousness and excitement is the same, so all I need to do is to tell my mind that my body is preparing me for a challenge, I can own this, instead of "oh no something really bad is going to happen, I can't do it!" and I will go out there and own it.

I can't really say what I have learned this far other than showing kindness to others even a stranger can really lift your mood and no matter how I feel that's how I try to live. A simple act of kindness can change someone's day and yours.

To be selfaware, because when you change your reaction to things and people you end up with better reactions in return. This includes being aware of your own thought process. You are in control of your thoughts not the other way around, healthy thoughts give you a healthy mind and healthy body and life will follow. Anger is a reaction to a fear or intimidation, understand why you are angry before letting out your anger. Self-love is jus important as expecting your partner to love you. But having too high expectations towards your partner can hurt you in the long run, instead communicate you're expectations and don't let them cause damage in your mind without your partner ever knowing.
