I ve learned that I need to do the breathing exercise longer than 3 deep breath. The number 3 are almost the only count I can focus to. I m in progress and I do breathing around 8 times know before I feel really calm and in harmony.
For 8 days at 7 Cups I have nt had any feelings i could not handle. I m so grateful to the one who told me about 7 Cups.

Also I wonder if there is a community about addiction/drugsrelated, I don t have a sponsor anymore and still working in the steps, and I need someone to talk to.
Peace, Love and understanding to you all friends out there. <3

I've known for a long time that mornings are a big problem for me, I still haven't learnt a way to cope.

Thanks to this app and other work that I put in for my own personal well-being I've been able to work with less worry about the opinions of others and for the first time in years my body is starting to feel like it's mine again.
