It's ok to feel the way I feel at times and that it is my body and mind telling me i need some time to focus on myself and be kinder and more supportive to myself

Take time during the day to refocus on healing

My thoughts have power to be the " sunglasses" I wear while looking at the world , my situation and myself.

My thoughts can create what I percieve .

If I think negative - I pay attention more to the negative until that is all I see.

If I focus on the psitive, I notice more positive around me and feel better.

I can CHOSE to be happy or unhappy, depending on what I focus on and what I think.

Step 862, I think!

I haven't been keeping my teacup full every day, so I'm going to work on that, but it's still good to hit these milestones!

At step 120 now.

I'm learning a lot, especially from others. About accepting myself for who I am, including the physical self and all that. I still struggle with my problems a lot. Anxiety, trauma, and some other things. Have found that I do way better socially and under duress when I am doing appreciation/gratitude journaling or other little rituals for giving thanks. Have strayed from it for awhile now, but I will start this again today.

Good luck with your journey, whoever reads this.

To be mindful of my breath and to take time to relax if I need it
