I learned to stand up to my bullies. It might feel intimidating at first, but you gain courage, take ownership of your life, and feel better afterwards.

To practice self-care is not selfish.

Letting go of my anger about something is like forgivness - it frees Me.

Makes life a lot easier to manage .

Holding onto anger just ruins my peace of mind.

I can change what I can, accept what I can not .

But rumination over wrongdoings towards me , or percieved ones - just destroys my peace and doesn't affect the pther person anywhere near how it ruins my peace.

Carve out time for enjoyment. It can easily be put on the back burner, but then I burn out quickly.
