Constantly reminding Me to take it slow and sure. Small strides will get me to the same place of victory.
I'm on step 90 now, and while I'm certainly not cured, I am learning to better deal with my anxiety!

It's been good to assess my thinking and talk with listeners
I am learning to take some time for myself.
I used this app for so long and finally spoke to a listener and it went great :)
@Krissyboo75. I like your name. It's actually what my dad used to call me when I was little. Welcome.
I would post something great and profound for me , and i want to, but after bullying here at 7 cups and the fact thathe post is not taken down but spread around spo that others may all get a good laugh - i honestly and only writing this little verbage here in order to move past to the next point as I progress the point system. . Was suggested i use this forum to say what I have learned.
so here we go what I have learned:
as someone relying soley on myninner healing and the gratitude and positivity and talking to friends on occassion in support chats and not being involed in forums - this was great here. forums are corrupted with cliques, entitlment, bullying, narcrcassism and a real fake mentality. 7 cups does not support each and every person the same - they allpow bully posts to stay up to continue the torment, the stupid feed is just another device t allow you to put down other people and share it, and all the posittvism that was once here -i swear it was- is gone.
7 cups will never be a safe place for me nor home for me, ever again, now that I understamd what is really going on.
I feel so sad for what happened to you here, @blissedNblessed. I haven't been on forums much. I've only been on 7cups for a few weeks. It's been my experience in life that these sorts of things can happen anywhere, even in the unlikeliest communities. Sorry you were hurt. I hope you are able to get what you need to heal from it.

Thank you! Thank you for that validation, compassion and concern - and reaching out. That was beautiful and touching and I just want to say thank you and...HUGS for that!
And you are very right - bullying can happen even in places that are supposed to be support against it. Please do not get me wrong - 7 cups is a great place for healing - but as you said, yes, even bullies in the strangest of places. I guess that is just what hapens when you have a lot of different people on different paths and places in their lives. Despite my expirience and complaints about 7 cups - I welcome you here! It is not always a nasty place to be :) It is often quite encouraging and healing. ( Just like how you showed me that it is with your kind words).
And just a note: I am taking back everything I said earlier. Not that there are no bullies - there are. But they do not dictate my ( or anyone bullied here or anywjhere else) reactions to this. I honestly think the bulllying triggered a lot of emotions in me that were not even in the realm of the situation at hand and I just put ALL the intense emotions to that ( because it is easier that way then dealing with the real issues behind it).
I am no longer going to scoop down the the level of bullies and promote negativity.
I am raising my own vibrations and letting go of the toxic emotions that are long past time to release.
Thank you again for your kind words, and wlecome to 7 cups. I know you will find a beautiful " home" or " sanctuary" here with many lovley people that you will meet here. Kindness does prevail and there is compassion everywhere.
Just a note: if you are bullied here, stand up for yourself - but do not let it blind you to the fact that there is so much compassion and love on here everywhere else. It just took me longer to realize that - hahahah .
<3 Hugs
