I may have made mistakes in my relationships but there are people here who won't judge you and have made the same ones. Also I learned that sometimes I'm hardest on myself.

I need to understand that my mood is everything.

Decisions made in a bad mood, as logical as they may be, won't help the feeling. Sure it's easy to sulk and mope, but when you can't take it anymore - get some distance from your cuccoon, get out, talk to someone, do something different, help someone in the same way you want help.

When in your better mood - make a plan, accept responsibility for decisions past and present, move on and grow.
