When dealing with mytrauma, sometimes it has to get worse before it gets better - but that doesn't mean I can not be educated, informed and take a pro-active approach!

When I am overwhelmed and overcome with darkness , that is a sign to me that my pespective needs to be changed - that I am focusing on the negative. And I have the ability to do so atany time. I have the freedom and choice to choose to look atthe positive and if there is none, to create it <3

I watch the video about the black dog of depression. I learned that no matter what there's always help out there and that would professional help maybe medication or just other treatments all together depression is always going to be overcomable. At the black dog is not as big as it seems and it can always have a leash.
