I have really benefitted from the Depression Check-In Forum and Appreciation/Gratitude Forum as ways of letting me vent and share with a concerned group of people what my experiences have been for the day.

I am so grateful for 7cups. It has helped me get through each day. One step at a time, I have been able to heal and rid myself of negativity that has devoured my mind.

I am learning that it is alright to step away and have a few minutes for myself. I don't have to do things for others all the time.

Today, I learned that awareness of my weaknesses and acknowledgment of my past accomplishments makes all the difference. Awareness of where I struggle is the first step towards beating negative habits. Acknowledgment of past successes gives me the strength to push through. More importantly, having friends and family support makes the journey that much easier.
