I wish the best for everyone. Suffering from mental illness is extremely difficult, but I do my best to push through and survive. Love and positive vibes for all.

What is this? Step 220? W00t!

I've learned that there are some people that don't want to help themselves, take responsibility for their part in their own misfortunes or actions, and don't care what others feel. Just what THEY think or believe they feel. As in projection. While I knew that there are such hurtful, impossible people looong before this step- I've learned that the best thing is to disengage from them and try to get away from them as soon as possible.

Mentally, physically, spiritually.

Been working on the ACT self-help guide on here and that helps. Accepting that these people remain this way because they choose not to. Accepting the fact that nothing you can do will change them. A powerful thing.

This is a wonderful app! I look forward to the next step knowing it will be something positive and helpful. I've learned to reflect more often through out the day. Thank you!
