I have learned how helpful the discussion groups are on 7cups.

I got that sometimes it just takes a simple conversation to see something

I learned that when somebody is listening to you, intently, then you can focus your thoughts and listen to yourself, too.

I've learned that I need to learn to focus on what is right for me and my family. My son deserves a happy, stable father who is able to come home from his work day fulfilled and ready to play. I want to be able to be a focused and supportive dad and husband for he and my wife.
