Step 250... I just don't feel like I deserve having such a big number. But... I've learned something. I learned that you can get help. You can ask for help and it won't make you look like an idiot. Seeking for help means you want to make a change, and wanting to make a change means wanting to move on. It means you want better thing to come ahead of you. And that's something you should be proud of.

I got to step 60 by not rushing myself and focusing on only one step at a time.

I've been feeling worse, but I've learned that making myself consistently take small steps is really helpful.

Only two days into my growth and I've already reach steep 5! =D. I feel truly happy that I'm finally stating to make progress l.

one of the things I've learned in this short space of time is that deep breathing and even taking a minuite to reaxel out of your day can help your stress levels go way!! Down. =)

Losing someone does not mean that I will never be able to connect with another on the same level. In fact, there are healthier, happier, and deeper relationships to be had. I just have to have thr trust and the courage to find them :)

In order to free myself of a long standing unwanted behavior, i need to not only learn what it does to serve me and replace that - i have to empy my mind of preconceived notions that MY way is right and be open to a new way of looking at things.
