Uh... I guess what I'm being reminded of is that I'm not alone and I don't need to reinvent the wheel to get better

The best thing I have learned is that I need to stop my negative thinking and that recovery is possible and totally worth it.

I have learned that you are not your thoughts, they do not define you, most of them are irrational and thus you cannot control.

Respect and don't be afraid to show your emmotions, they make you human, and humanity is becoming increasingly rare these days.

Also, mind is the most beautiful and powerful tool you have in your being, which, as anything created/invented, can be put to good or bad use. Indeed, for some their mind can be their most cherished ally, while for many it is their worst enemy and source of much distress.

Finally reached the 160 mark. I learned that a diary can be a very useful tool no matter how you are feeling since writing in one is very theraputic and you cna express any and all feelings at length without being judged or quesestioned about anything . I recentyly bought a new journal and started writing in it yesterday and I find it very relaxing and I enjoy it

Excited that I have stuck with 7 Cups this long. I have a hard time committing to things that are supposed to be beneficial to my mental health or health in general. I think that is probably the biggest thing. I have grown with more patience while on 7 Cups, I listen to people better, I think more before I say things. I think before I let myself believe a thought or a feeling that doesn't sit well. I am excited to see how much more I can grow in these next few months/years/forever.

I've reached step 375 of my Growth Path. I'm learning that it may be time to consider buying a month's worth of access to the different growth paths to see what progress I can make in trying to improve my self-worth and regulate my daily activities of life.

I have learnt that I am not alone in this ...there are people here that are going through similar things and by reaching out to one another we can help each other
