iv learnt that life doesnt come with instructions sometimes you try to manage and cope the best way you can at the time. sometimes you dont always conciously cope in the most healthy ways i can now see that and hope to keep learning new and healthy ways to manage with the tourture of depression and anxiety.

@Twinklycloud you are so right, sometimes our coping skills are not healthy ones, and it can be hard to try new ones. I learned to get out of my rut and trust someone who wants to help. Unhealthy ways to cope can make it worse and keep me stuck.

"One thing more than the day before." That's something that I came up with, and I've made it my mantra, the thing hat motivates me to push to get just one thing more done.
