I ordered a book on Co- dependency by Pia Melodie, Facing Codependence. Can't wait to start although I honestly admit I know that I, myself without aid and assistance, cannot affect meaningful change.

Stop expectations and secure my fucks to give. Not everything or everyone is deserving of your fucks.

Learning at level 70 that I need to be better at following through on my daily goals

Iv learned solutions Are closer than You think . And just because You cant See it it doesnt mean Its not there !

I have learnt to take time with myself, to remember that my emotions are valid and that there is always another way to look at things.
