Being able to open up to my boyfriend a little bit.
I've learned that not only can I get help I can also help others
Went out the house today! Only to the shop to get bread it's a 10 min walk from my house.
The first step was easier, than i thought. 
Mistakes really are common, and it's okay to make them.
People are always willing to help. Know that there is always someone to talk to that can help.
I know now that people do care and I can open up to someone. I've never really been the type to complain or talk about my problems, but I've learned that on here I can and someone who is kind hearted that I don't even know will be there to listen to me and help me get through my troubles.
It's okay to open up at times.
