#1thing i learned is to be kind to other people. Always. Because every person is fighting a battle i know nothing about.

Step 34: More focused everyday. My heart still hurts, but I'm functioning in spite of it.

When I am stuck and feel I have lost momentum to move - I need to stop judging my next move as the one that will define the course of my life. I need to stop jugments and thoughts of perfection. I need to just move. The next right thing. I do not need to see my whole future andf plan it out according to the next move - i need to MOVE.

I need to fight for my wellness. Accept changes I can't control and accept what might be the new normal. Be kind to myself. Try to say positive thought internally verses negative ones.

One thing I've learned is finding reasons to say thank you, even when it is hard to find reasons.

I have learned being mindful and relaxation DO NOT come automatic rather it takes time and practice.

I have learned that take time out of your day to practice mindfulness and relaxation, and working through this app is very helpful.
