I found this website accidentally, and it's one of the first times I'm happy about a mistake. :)

I have learned that people can help you no matter what the thing

I've learned that despite the fact that I have trouble trusting people, I can open up little by little and not be afraid to be vulnerable. Vulnerability isn't weakness, it's being stron enough to know that you are going to be ok.

I learned that it's ok to try different listeners and to try to advocate yourself an be direct about your needs with a listener. Also it's ok to be angry. It means that you don't feel heard.

I always feel better after being on this site

I've learned exploration can have merit.

I've learned life is short and I have to live every day as the last day.

To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best day and night to make you every body else means to fight the hardest battle which any human can fight and never stop fighting.

I learned that there is always someone who will love me for that who I am. And I'm thankfull the listeners for opening my eyes. " There are plenty of ways to die. But you have to figure out a way to live now, that's hard."
