Sorry about the blank post... Anyways, Step 150! I've learned alot so far that not only mentally helped me(such as the breathing exercises and sharing with daily check-ins) but also physically (such as the health challenge and not cutting for a week), There has been so much good content along the way! Most of all though, and this is going to sound like the oposite of what this post is supposed to mean, I have learned that I AM GOING TO FAIL. I will have days that I will cut, or not eat, or drink too much, or shut myself out from the world, but I am learning to cope with these days as they come. This is a growth path, not an instantly be better path. So I guess all in all what I'm saying is that it's OK to have bad days where you just screw up everything under the sun, just keep working towards where you want to be, and remember that you have support, you are not alone!

Plus, it can provide learning opportunities and build character. Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring words and for being part of this community. Keep up the excellent work!
