I have learned that not everything is my responsebility
@MaschaV Yes, it is quite easy for us to think we are responsible for everything around us! Well done, and keep up the awesome job.
At 110. I am more relax now. My anger had gone down.
@oaktownchick Congrats on reaching step 110! Glad to hear your anger has gone down and that you are feeling more relaxed. The two certainly go hand in hand! Well done, and thank you for sharing!
I've learned how to be proud of myself for overcoming difficulties. \o/
@Raindrops00 Yay, you have every right to feel proud! You build endurance and character as well. Well done, and thanks for sharing!
@lovelyWhisper66 Thank you! I will remember those points!

@ClassicalMe
well done on step 160! And yes, self-care is very important too ;) xx
I have learned more about boundaries. And how to calm my anxiety
@fearlessStrawberries7966
yay for both! Boundaries are so important to keep us and the other party happy and safe, and learning about anxiety is awesome too to help us control it better! Well done :D xx
@fearlessStrawberries7966
That's great
I think the one thing I've learned so far at 7 cups is that I can see from what others say that it's "not just me". I've learned that I don't have to wait for months for dr appts and have some support here in inbetween. My anti-social tendencies seem to break down here a bit, even thoough I don't chat a lot, I do read a lot and it gets thoughts and wants to express more so than usual.
Ok, that was more than one thing!
@Loreilee
Yes, you aren
i have gotten my self harm, social anxiety, and bipolar badges :)
@funfettifrosting

Helping others is just as important as helping myself.
