Consistency is the road to the recovery. I saw myself falling back into a depressive state when I wasnt focusing on the positives in my life. Being intentional, consistent and continuing to invest in improving my emotional health is what I need to do to get better.

I've learnt that people are not all like I've known all my life. There are people who can and will understand and extend support to you when you need it. I've learnt that there are people out there who get me and understand and i'm not this complex, horrible people no one wants to deal with.

@wildOnee

Im glad you realise that! People do care, and your life doesnt have to be surrounded by negative people :) youre a wonderful person just the way you are, and a quote I like to say is People who care dont matter and people who matter dont care xx
