Im learning that I dont have to attach a value judgment onto everything that happens in my life. I can just be with it, and notice my inclination to label it good or bad, but that perhaps I can sit with the discomfort of what feels so ambiguous to me, and be open to whatever happens next. The video in this app about the Chinese farmer really opened my eyes to this.
@HerOwnSavior
Aww, I love what you wrote! Sitting in the uncomfortable feelings and situations can be so tough sometimes, but it goes away in time. And it
I learned that there are more people than I realised that care about me, and I am grateful.
@purpleCoral9574
thats an amazing thing to learn, and to continue to keep in mind, especially in your tougher days! xx
I dunno, take care of yourself?
@intellectualPear3949
Thats a good thing to learn :) xx
There are people who care about me.
I am learning to accept myself.
@braveGrapefruit7609

I learned that i always have somone i can count on
@discreetOwl5721
thats awesome! ❤️
Not being such a stickler and what I mean by that is: I missed another day and so am back down to a 1 day streak. yet yesterday, the day I spaced on 7cups, I still did everything I was supposed to do: deep breath, self care, be productive. I did have a major allergy attack and left work early and slept all afternoon (grass allergy in the a.m. is the worst). Not beating myself up for not accumulating a thousand point streak is a huge deal. Thanks to my dear mother (rest her soul) who was a perfectionist, I have that tendancy. Yay that I'm finally letting that go.
@oakhenge
Im so glad youre learning to be kinder to yourself and cut yourself some slack! And I hope youre feeling better- a grass allergy? Ive never heard of that, but wow! Get better soon and take care of yourself xx
I have learnt quite a bit about relationship in the past few months: to be with a partner means one has to truly accept not-so-good things about one's partner and help the partner improve themselves
@ambitiousCity3124
mmm, nicely thought out and worded. Being in a relationship is a two way street, and we have to accept ourselves too to feel acceptance from our partner ❤️
@rebecca947 Yes. I've learned that having an accepting attitude towards oneself and partner is very important, especially when one is with their partner for quite a long period of time. I guess we also have to be accepting towards occasional boredom in relationship as well. Any relationship that persists for more than 6 months is always much different than it was when it was only a few-month length
I learned that there are friends I have that actually care about how I
@Keegohh
Thats awesome to have learnt! It
I can get support when i need it.
