I have learned a couple of things. Im broken, I know I am broken but its not my fault. Its my abusive Fathers fault. While him being horrible created the compassionate, caring, loving person that I am today; because I dont want anyone to hurt how I was hurt; my ptsd from him does not define me. With time I will be able to control it more. While its a part of me, I will still live my life to the fullest; because I am taking my life back. It is a tough path, but anything worth having is hard.

I am figuring out who I am and what I neee, that I am not responsible for the world, only my work and that it is up to me to get it done. I am my own worst enemy, but also my own kind of hero. All life is suffering, it's just up to us to pick and choose how we suffer, and the kind of problems we have

I am trying to be patient and do things at the same time. Because in the past I either did things in a rush and anxious or havent done anything but carried the things I neglected in my head. They became harder and heavier and more scary as I delayed them. The pressure was immense but on the surface I looked like I gave up. Now I am acting on those things and it gives me joy to do one step a day . Obsessive compulsive personality disorder is hard to deal with but when you understand and behave accordingly it gets easier

Im learning that its important to step back for some reflection time at the end of everyday. Brings me back down to earth and helps make my problems seem more manageable

I almost forgot what the real important things in life were. 7 cups helps me focus on the important and more positive things. It gives me motivation to get a better lifestyle, step by step. (Really small steps but whatever) I feel a little little better.
