I've learned to talk positive to myself when I'm feeling overwhelmed.

another milestone, yeah me... a wise man once told me.... "clean your windshield" he meant levae yesterday's troubles behind you. Me being a realist equated that to ignoring problems as many issues are not resolved in a day. In reflection this morning I believe he meant leave the anxiety and frustration behind, not the actual problem... Have a great day
