I hit step 34, and a lot of this is simply repetive and minimally helpful. I am dissapointed in the content for work smarter path. After a month, I still don't have a strategy to reduce stress for work.

I have learned that many people feel the same way that I do. So, I am neither alone nor deficient. Society imposes unnatural stresses in modern day that cause people to develop anxiety and depression, which affect their abilities to cope.
