when I do not get adiquite sleep - my emotions are all over the place.

But, when I have a good sleep schedule ( self care) I am in a better position to have calm and controllable emotions and the cognitive ability to think through false thoughts and not act on fears.

I learned I have to take care of myself first. I learned I have to focus on the positive. I learned I need more people in my support system, I should accept help an I'm not alone. Thank you all for being there.

Step 60 on my growth path. smiley

I've learned to appreciate the things I accomplish no matter how small. I'm not perfect at it, but I am aware that I've been a little bit more greatful to even the smallest things done or learned. I've also learned to increase my self motivation.
