I am learning to accept where I am in life and just let things run their course. Focusing on the positives and practicing mindfulness. Looking as issues from a 3rd person point of view also.

Another milestone, yeah me!! I have learned to be thankful, have a great day.
The quality of my life is entirely my making. Everything that I generate within me, all karmic energy, is essentially generated from within me. I have the ability to change it and live a balanced blissful pleasant simple sensible peaceful loving life.
Doing well today, I achieved another milestone!
