It's taken me three months, but I've learned that I am not my emotions and my emotions are not me.

I feel I need to say something important on this step 4660

You all may not agree or be in sync with this, but it works for me.

I tend to, with my volunteer/work - pick up negative energy from people that are going through a lot of suffering and cling to me bc I make them feel better...

so my self care that is a must - detach from those energies that are left behind from them that cling to me - makeing me feel low, depressed or just not myself.

ALSO:

never go on webmd

ADLS even when feeling low make me feel better

nothing makes depression worse than isolation

ask for what I need - I have that right

always assert boundaries - its not mean, its self care

healing is a constant process but each layer of the proverbial onion, i peel away - i feel better and more whole

sometimes its okay to go through healing at a slower or faster pace

I have come a long way...

and oh,

always wear sunscreen :p

I just reached level 50. I've learned how to easier identify unnecessary anxietys, and how to push them away with the simple visualization techniques taught in this app. It's been very helpful
