One thing I've learned in the process is that everyone can have a bad day, or a bad hour, and that if you wait, their good sides bloom~

Growth step 100: Ive learned, life isnt as bad as it seems. One day my depression will go away, i will win, and i will be happy. One day.

Sometimes my voice isn't heard even when I am speaking.

OK Step 350. I learned that the day does come when the clouds break. I also now know without a doubt that my perception of negative outcomes and thoughts are not reality most of the time and that communicating with my friends and family helps me to get clarification which means I can bounce back much quicker.

I reached level 10! This is great. This makes me so happy
