I've learned that I am not the only struggling person who has sleep and hygiene issues during my worst times. This has made me feel a little less angry with myself.

I've been doing my best to go to work everyday to not let my depression get me down

One of the things I've learned is to be forgiving of myself. I have and will continue to make mistakes. I will be wrong and I will at times mess things up for myself in ways others cannot. This is not something to hate myself for or blame myself for in some shaming way. Instead I must move forward as best I can and accept that what happened has happened and take what comes attached to the mistake I made. I may not like it, I likely won't like it, but I can't ignore it and find a path to some sort of life that will make me smile. I suppose this just means to take responsibility for my actions, good and bad, with some semblance of grace and dignity so I can move forward with my self respect intact.

That, no matter whatever you say, people will always find an offensive meaning and judge!

So just be yourself! Without giving a damn to anyone or anything!

Cause that is what makes you happy!

*Peace!* :)

Brain chemistry plays a huge role in my mood. I should be more forgiving of unexplained emotions and more open minded about prescription meds.
