@Myrna6 I'm sorry you feel that way Myrna. Please remember, you're not alone...there are great friends and resources here at 7 cups!

I've learned that hope is and always has been a fleeting moment in time. Our days are not filled with hope, we create opportunities, we value moments, we forge through our challenges. My anxiety blinded me from those moments and because of 7 cups and therapy and friends and family...I'm able to see a bit more clearer and that in itself is hopeful! That's what I've learned. heart

I've started to forgive myself for hurting the man that I love. I've tried to work on loving myself and moving forward with my life. I'm always going to love him and miss him, but I realize all I can do is pray for his peace and wish him the best while working on myself...

I learnt that I am not alone with the issues I suffer, I have met many people who suffer from the same or even more debilitating issues such as panic and anxiety, student problems and in general coping with life. It is nice to have a support system.

I learned to focus on calming down before thinking about my worries, this helps me avoid emotional reasoning.
