I learned in the past two days not to rush my reaction to things happening. For example, something happened that appeared it would have a negative impact on me, but I told myself it's not rush my judgement, worry or feel bad about it until it's clear that it does impact me negatively. I waited a day and the impact was negative but minimum.
The video of the Chinese farmer story came to my mind during that time. The one where every time something he doesn't judge it as good for him or bad for him but he kept saying "maybe"
Another milestone, yea me!! accepting personal responsibility on an hourly basis.... get er done

Somehow I
To share with others (and not feel like a bother in doing so) and to accept the bad times and enjoy the good :)
I have learned that trying is enough! Having high expectations is okay, but you dont need to beliitle yourself for not completing everything when you try for something.
WOOOHOOOO! 250 steps! I have learned how to love myself so that I can better love others. I have also learned how to be much more patient not only with myself but with others so much so even my coworkers have noticed 😂. I have also reconnected with my dh on a deeper level so much so we have begun talking about getting married through the church again. I have become a better listener especially with him and have learned how to walk away during our heated moments if at least just to calm down so I don't say or do anything hurtful towards him or myself or our marriage. My family especially my siblings and parents have noticed I am much more confident and they have noticed I much more assertive with them. I no longer walk on eggshells with my side of the family and we have actually begun to hang out more.
Stop living in the past an become more grateful for family, friends, and pets.
