@GlenM i've learned to be kinder to myself

I learned that a good habit helps you very well and that I should talk to myself with more love.

I did it

So far, I have learnt that I have to do what is best for ME. Not in a selfish way though, but rather for self-care :)

I've learned that suicide is not the answer. No, really! You might be thinking that it will at least allow you to escape whatever is making you feel miserable. But that is likely not the case. Today, my therapist said, "What if there is an afterlife, and you would have to watch your loved ones suffer and would never really escape your problem?" It made me think. Sorry for the heavy stuff, but that helped me with my suicidal thoughts, and I thought that maybe some other people on here really needed to see this right now.

@GlenM That I can have a tendancy to loneliness because I don't trust that others are actually there for me or understand me well enough to be there for me in the right way, which also leads to a strong resistance of being vulnerable.
