Sticking with this has been a challange but i really feel I'm making progress. It's an uphill battle. A war of the mind everyday. I have my set backs, i have my moments of weakness but I'm still able to get up everyday and keep going. Hardest thing i have to do on a daily basis is put up with life in general but i finally feel like things will work out okay, at least with time. Keep on keeping on.

I just completed my 50th intro step. I'm learning to take things one day at a time.

Another milestone yeah me!!. Survived another hitch at work, the confidence I gain from my path which started on this site has started to bear fruit. Have a great day.

Group chats can help a lot.

@integrityblues

Group chats here? I find them awful, I get so over looked, like I'm on the outside looking in knocking but no one hears or sees me?

@Arora35

I think it depends on which group chat. When the rooms get busy with lots and lots of conversations its easy to get overlooked. I've seen it happen most often in the 24/7 Depression group chat.
