Step 890 - Eek, Im almost at 1,000 😁 Well Ive learnt a few lessons. Definitely trust my own instincts. Take each moment as it comes and slow down! I think they all go hand in hand. So overall, days are more productive and happier

I've learned that I need to build confidence, to love myself and accept myself for who I am. No one can do that for me. Only I can love myself truly unconditionally. If I cannot love myself, how could I expect for anyone else to love me?
