I've hit step 83. I'm learning to like the things I used to enjoy- I baked 2 dozen Snickerdoodles the night before, then shared some with people today!

Depression comes in many forms, and impacts people in many different ways, and yet...as I've read through post after post by others who are struggling, I've kept finding my own experience reflected in their words. So...I am not as strange and alone as I feel. There are many who fight this battle with me.

That...... Breathing exercises are the best tool to relaxation.

Repeating the gratitude list in my mind is making me happy and fulfilled in my life even when I feel not good.

Love you

@GlenM

I've been learning to breath deeply more, and to not worry too much.
