Step 170. Ineed to remind myself to stop and fill my tank - not when it is nearly empty but when it is just less full. I am doing really well at the moment and I intend to keep it that way. One thing that helps me feel good about myself and life is having economic safety. That means I have to be strong work hard and make goals - Because succeeding fairly well economically is an important thing for me to feel safe and happy.

I've got to let some stuff go if I want to succeed, right?

@GlenM I am learning that I will mess up from time to time and that's okay but it's not okay to stay down!

Step 170. I'm gradually learning to cope with stress overloads without melting down.

I am learning that forgiveness can be given even without an apology.

@amidala1993

I think that is a very good thing. Because forgiveness, in my experience, set those, who forgive free. You're on a good way smiley

Yesterday I saw a video on my path, that explained the ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy). And in the evening I had two instances to use it and it really helped me. I will try this whenever I'm confronted with similar situations.

Seeing that I'm not alone with my problems has been a real help for me too.
