330th step! Wooohoooo!

*Breaks into happy go lucky dance*

ive learned so much idek where to begin. I did an emotional wellness test a few days ago and I've seen the tremendous change and I couldn't help but get teary eyed bc I know that without all the support I've gotten from everyone here and from the techniques and everything I would have, could have not taken control of my anxiety and stress.

so to all you wonderful people here THANK YOU!

Something I have learned so far is that negative thinking leads into a cycle of negative thoughts and actions - something that I had experienced before but didn't really recognize. Now I try to more positive in my thinking so prevent that cycle.

Thought and emotion are not separate entities. The way you think is the way you feel.

I've learned that I dont have to agree with my therapist on part of her treatment approach and it's good for me to challenge the direction of my healing.

I'm not sure. I think I'm more aware of the signs telling me that I'm probably getting more depressed and should take some kind of action now to avoid it. Like if I'm driving a car and all the road signs warn me that the bridge up ahead is damaged, it would be a better move to turn back the way I came instead of continuing to drive.
