I've made it to step 10! I've learned that things don't just magically get easier, but you have to work hard for it and it could take time but little steps make a big difference! #PositivityIsKey

I'm on 180 something

Step 30! I've learned that things aren't always as hard and scary as they seem in my mind, and that sometimes I just have to suck it up and face my fears and anxieties.

I've learned to look towards, even the minor things in life that you can be grateful for.

Even though I might feel awkward around someone who doesn't want me around that doesn't mean I have to stop attending the same events that they attend. I have learned to avoid them and invest my time in others who are interested.
