I'm learning that really trying to take good care of myself can help me feel so much better.

I'm learning that I don't have to suffer in silence alone; That there are other people who are also suffering, or on the other side and willing to throw their rope into the well of despair to help another climb to safety.

I learned that while I might not be happy outside in the real world, coming here is a really nice escape from things.

I'm happy I made it to level 10. I think the main thing that i've learned is that it's ok to feel stuff. good stuff, bad stuff. but pretending that your feelings don't exist, or ignoring them is why I let my ED get so bad.

Waov..! After a long time my mind is so calm. Feeling much better after doing these exercises and also without any breaks like i usually do and quit soon. I wish i would be able to complete the exercise with dedication and full commitment.

Over the last several weeks I have been on an emotional rollercoaster. I have struggled to keep myself feel when what I really wanted was to be numb. Along the way I have learned to appreciate
peaceful and happy moments. The more often I stop to feel the appreciation for these moments, the more often I have these moments. That is really all life is. A series of moments viewed through a lens of continuity.
